    * How would you characterize your organization's international presence (or lack thereof)?
Kaiser Permenante has a strong international presence. Kaiser offers several programs that allows international health leaders that addresses topics such as integrated delivery systems, health information technology, population health and chronic care management, best practices, and innovation in health care.
    * What are the effects of imports or foreign competitors on prices paid by your organization for inputs?
Kaiser inputs in the international market has caused competitors to respond to purchaser demands for premium pricing arrangements that better match to group specific risks and costs. Kaiser’s inputs has allowed European countries to facilitate membership growth while maintaining excellent profits.
    * What are the effects of imports or foreign competitors on prices you can set for your products or services?
Foreign competitors have caused health care services in the United States to be reformed. This reform has allowed health care to be more affordable for uninsured customers.  This would allow uninsured and self-employed individuals to opportunity to purchase insurance through state-based exchanges with subsidies available to individuals and families. Countries such as Canada and Belgium have caused the US to reform their healthcare.
